My first step is to organize my thoughts on the issue at hand. I do that in an outline form.  Then, I put down possible solutions. I like using the outline form due to being able to divide and sub divide each topic or subject. I like using a word document so that I can add and change each day.

Hi! Sometimes when this happens to me, I take my first step—it’s like a life principle or philosophy—and I tell myself, “I need to take a step back and be kind to myself.” It’s amazing how we try to be kind to others but aren’t kind to ourselves. This has helped me regain my composure, and once I’m calm, I focus on solving the problem step by step.

“I need to take a step back and be kind to myself.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This line is truly mind-blowing. Without a calm mind we can't fix an issue in a proper way.

@BalanceofBrainandMind Forgetfulness and closure.

Forget you mess ups and learn from your mistakes.

@affectionateShade7072 If we want to dig our wounds without any reason it will definitely allow us to leave peacefully. That's why your tip is 100% magnificent. We need to forget about that issue by learning our lesson.
