What Fills Your Cup?
As we celebrate World Mental Health Day (October 10th), let’s take a moment to think about what fills our cup, the small things that bring us calm, joy, or a sense of purpose. 💛
I’ll start: well, for me, a quiet evening with a cup of tea and some soft music really helps me reset after a busy day. ☕ 🎶

Now it’s your turn!
Activity for you: Share whatever fills your cup. A picture, a quote, a short story, or even a few words. Remember, there’s no right or wrong answer, just what feels meaningful to you. 🌼
What fills your cup and helps you feel recharged?
P.S. This World Mental Health Day, we’ll also be gathering for a special discussion for Adults ~ Refilling Our Cups: Pouring Courage, Sharing Care. Join us in the Special Events room at 12 PM ET to reflect, share, and explore how we care for our well-being and find courage through our fears. 🌿

Refilling our cups can be so crucial to get through the rest of the week and keep going.
For me, it's either being creative by singing or playing the guitar. Or playing a video game with friends, playing a cozy game alone, or taking the time to read a book.
I love runner's high! After some good sprints I feel a sense of peace and internal cleansing flushing thing, like having an inside bath. I should run more often, though!
Also, waking up with my cat purring on top of me. That's the perfect way to wake up for me!
The moments when I can forget my current circumstances. Like sleeping, talking with a loved one, distracting, being somewhere safe outside the house like the crisis shelter.
@Suryansh i’m like drake i love my bed and my momma
Creativity.
Designing things. Making things.
But I recently found the final piece to that puzzle. I discovered ART SPACE. A mostly free art studio and gallery for people with disabilities. I have so many more resources and options. They also help to market the artists works, with shows, entering contests, selling it.

But the best part is getting out of my house and hanging out with friendly artists.
I made a new friend - Persia at Art Space. She makes jewelry art.

I gave her some of my 3D prints to work with.
And I am going to collaborate to teach her how to design 3D printed jewelry.
Family I’m on the app and can’t upload a picture! Reading some good books that align with my faith and values. Reading certain books brings more of a sense of purpose to my life. Listening to any music I like to level my mood and not be stressed.
Deep prayer with God.
@Suryansh family, church, prayer, tending to health, enjoying being out and voting the scenery, relaxing, being who I am flaws and all.
