Leadership Spotlight: DonaldDraper
This month we’re recognizing a mentor who wears many hats: @DonaldDraper
Don joined our community way back in 2015!! Today he is well known as a Community Mentor for the Healthy Living Subcommunity and for his work as Team Lead for pop-ups.
“He is persistent in leading Popups through ups and downs, hosts in and out. He is also persistent in spreading positivity in the community through his forum posts, For example, his reminders to smile, drink water, and hugs threads. He's serious about creating posts and delivering them in an easy-going manner.
His networking with people in the community is amazing. Idk how he does it, but seems like he knows people more than many other Leaders 😅 You're brilliant! Stay kind, stay creative, stay positive!”

4. If you had one piece of advice for our community (leaders/listeners/members/whoever), what would it be?
For members - be kind to listeners too. It will only help them help you better
For listeners - help members as and when you feel best. You never know what positive impact it can make to their day/lives
For leaders - Let's not forget that ultimate goal is not the numbers/quotas, but helping people and upbringing the community.

Hi Don! 😊❤️ Congrats! and *high fives* 😊❤️ on being nominated and for being in the spotlight for all of the great work you do here on 7 cups! uhmmmm....why is it that I am not surprised? lol Clearly we all do have good taste around here! You will go down in history for me as the "OG" of, or maybe what I should call the "ON" ....the "Original Ninja" for pop ups!

Hahhahahhah Don! 😊❤️ Oh my gosh, you soooooo rock! Thank you for your reply to me! You have truly made my day! I promise you, what you have said to me will be a huge gratitude moment for me today! In addition, weeeeeeee weeeeeeeee this is the very first thing I get to see when signing on for the day! ahhhhhh, life is good! 😊 and a great way to start the day around here!
No wee bit of kindness is ever lost on me. I truly care about how my members feel about me as well as how my teammates, listener to listener feel about me! I'm someone that can be highly sentimental at times. ❤️ Ergo, the reason I have listed on my profile page what I would refer to as "imaginary badges" or "imaginary honors". These are badges or honors that my teammates have given to me, ones that my teammates have created for me and me alone. Talk about someone caring for you as a human being! Truly humbling moments, that's for sure for someone to see the value in me. I don't want to ever forget them, so I list them, it's just that special, it's just that important! They will live on in all perpetuity once I list them on my profile page.

Prior, it has been me being pulled aside in a pm or it has happened in the LSR. This in my eyes is you awarding me with an imaginary badge that you created just for me!
