cheerfulIceCream joined us in 2020 and has been thriving as a mentor in both the quality and chatroom domains! She also serves as a moderator, bringing her wonderful energy to our rooms. Additionally, she leads the adult Listener Sharing Circle team!!

She has been such a friendly and known face in the chatrooms like self-harm bringing the room back to life. Her gracious, cheerfulIceCream and compassionate presence in the room Is so soothing!!!!

A fun fact about you: Hmmm, 🤔 I knew 3 languages by the age of 5 and I can argue with someone over something petty as long as they don't give up. 😭
Your proudest 7 Cups achievement? It's that I've never got a bad review from my members or any sessions that I hosted. Knowing people felt supported like you wanted them to makes me really proud.😊
If you had one piece of advice for our community (leaders/listeners/members/whoever), what would it be? I'd say that always put yourself and your well-being first. Not feeling the energy to take that member chat? It's alright, rest. Not feeling it to be positive and fun? It's alright, lay low. Not feeling too good about someone's behaviour towards you? Talk it through (as far as possible), how you feel is important. You don't have to put up with anything you don't want to put up with and definitely not not pour from an empty cup.
