I'm so stressed out with this covid 19. I'm currently a key worker and I'm finding it so hard I'm so worried I don't want to get it and bring it back to my family.
@Happylilpeanut i'm sorry to hear that:( thank you for your work
@staya1ivef0rme61 thank you so much! Stay safe ❤️

@Happylilpeanut I'm sorry you have to be out therein it. That must be so stressful. Be safe.
@Uimaine aw thank you so much and it's really stressful, some days are better than others! Stay safe too x
@Happylilpeanut
First of all, thank you for your service. It is understandable the stress you are going through. Just think, you have gotten this far and are still safe, you must be doing it right!! Prayers for you and Co workers.
I definitely want to participate in this event. I just joined this site today. I have been coloring and Drawing, along with some Bullet Journaling.
i was doing ok until i needed to move to another hotel room. my time was up as of 4/15.. usually we live in our truck but with the quarantine here we had to go indoors. so i gave a realtor $850 on paypal last night and he stole it. can you believe that crap? so now what do i do? paypal has no operators and i have been waiting for a response for almost 24 hours. and i have no place to tay now. STRESSSSSSSSSSSS
@Tazzie I completed all the threads for alcohol awareness and I did some of the activities under autism awareness.
Am doing stress awareness week :)
Anyone have self care/anxiety relieving tips?
@NorthernLights21
In this unprecedented time, first and foremost, we need to take care of ourselves. A few things to help with stress: reading, try something you wanted to do but never had the time like yoga or meditation. Catch up on your sleep. Start a hobby, jewelry making, weaving, crocheting, volunteering to help seniors.
@NorthernLights21
self-care could mean waking up and have a warm shower if you can, have a nice peaceful outside walk or fresh air.
yeah im pretty stress out too, im amosy fraid to feel it.
I'll be participating in stress awarness week
learning the ways of the human body is great and it can be beneficial for me
