So far in 2018, I've managed to do something that up to this point I never thought I would actually be able to accomplish. Recently, I was finally able to say that I have beaten my anorexic habits as well as finally (after 3 years) am able to say that I have a good control over my body dysmorphia. ListenerTeenI used to be really scared of public embarrassment. I would be extremely paranoid whenever I would post anything online, or said something among a group of people. I would dread messing up. But many many thanks to @Pureriver55 here, who helped me make my first forum post here on 7 cups, and that was such a confidence boost for me. When people replied to the post and shared their own experiences, I felt happy. I'm extremely proud of that accomplishment.
