It's called "Natilla" but not the Spanish one. It looks like a kind of jelly and it's really great. I love it.

Ooh lovely thread! One of things I enjoy is panettone, an Italian type of sweet bread loaf packed with festive flavours and candied fruit.
We usually buy one from the stores but here is a recipe!

Definitely makówki (a dessert made out of layers of bread and poppyseed mass) and moczka (gingerbread-beer mousse). I always make much more than needed so I can eat it until the New Year!
