Following the common Is it a biscuit or a cookie debate, it seems that desserts that are eaten at holiday time are also often traditional to a country. So what dessert do you have at holiday time? If you have a recipie please share with us :D

I love yule logs, as my grandmother purchases one every holiday season! My favorite homemade dessert, though, would have to be buckeye ball candy, which is a peanut butter and powdered sugar mixture ball dipped in hardened chocolate - yummy!
In my country, Spain, is topical the Roscón: a heavy cake with cream or chocolate inside, and sugar-fruits. The thing is that inside the cake, there is a little figure. Who finds the figure, is the king of the lunch. But if you find a bean, you have to pay the Roscón.

My favorite are peanut butter balls covered in chocolate and refrigerated
Recently, mine has been anything gingerbread. Especially gingersnaps. I also like fruitcake though.

I like making cookies. Sugar cookies, ginger bread cookies, chocolate chip cookies; any kind are the best.
Pecan pie. Oh man, I love pecan pie.
I love some pumpkin flavored bars, they're my favorite!
