Carrot cake, carrot apple cake, apple pie, Nantucket Cranberry Pie, chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin pie, cheesecakes, and many more.
Vanilla ice cream. Especially good when you eat it with filled and baked apples

I always make Gingerbread cookies fresh, from scratch on Christmas eve!! They go great with a vup of cocoa or with tea!
