Just scrolling through the AMA and I'm grateful that Merline decided to participate! I'm a little disappointed though that there weren't any conversations around the quality of 7 Cups. There was one comment about 'maintaining it' but as most people know here - it needs to improve significantly.
I'd be really interested if there is actually any responses here or from other 7 Cups Admin-y people who are working hard to make sure this happens. The app is important to focus on but I feel like having a quality platform is either the reason people stay or go.
