Alright folks!

I'm thankful for my sister, grandmother, and the memories of my brother.

I'm thankful for all of my friends - huge shout out to my best friend, who's my dog.

I'm thankful for being able to enjoy my job and do it well.

I'm thankful for my ability to make other people smile, whether it's a stranger at work or a close friend.

I'm thankful for the community here at 7Cups. I'm don't talk to many other listeners here, so I haven't gotten to know many people. But still.

I said last year on Thanksgiving, "I'm thankful for my present self, because I'm still alive to witness a life that has all the potential to be beautiful, and that's all I could ask for." And I still hold that to be true. As I go through my life, it only makes me appreciate the moments of stability that allow me the change to remember why I've been given this life.

I'm thankful for the 7 cups community, I'm thankful for all the kindness and compassion I have received from others countless times. From friends family and strangers sometimes. It's these things I am most greatful for hugs, laughter, children, puppies, nature, the earth, time, growth, space, air, creativity, compassion, generosity, patience, diligence, joy, meditation, alturism, my Mom and Dad for giving me life, my siblings for being my muse, my clients for bringing out the best in me, and most importantly I am thankful to my perfect teacher a very special and kind hearted humble monk. whose teachings and blessing have carried me through my darkest hours and made manifest my joyous joys.

Forever thankful for music.

I thank my family the only people who may care . Thank you Canada for giving me a place to call home and have freedom . Thanks for the freedom of speech and being able to be the person of my own choice . Above all I'd just like to give thanks for being able to have a choice to choose to do whatever the heck it is I want to do, accomplish, say, act upon , thank you for a future , making my dreams a reality , reaching for the stars and not coming back empty handed . Thanks for a lifetime of fullfillment . Thanks for taking that extra step . I thank myself for not giving up for being gracious caring and non judgemental. Thanks for this rapid developing technology that allows us to do more and more everyday. Thanks for quantum computing that will make me rich and my skill set that has brought me this far amen .

For life in general. Even if it can be hard at times, I'm grateful to be able to wake up and know that I have a home, car, job and the basic necessities.

Right now, I'm grateful for a drama free Thanksgiving last night.

Everyone who has been kind and supportive to me. They have helped me grow so much as a person!

I am thankful for my two dogs who live me unconditionally, and for my neighbors who treat me like family!
