@cyci i'm not exactly sure xD but. . I think once you've co led a discussion (which you have) you can apply for the guest host badge under apply for special badges under "my impact". And once you're awarded the badge, then you get the discussion bar too. 
BUT i could be wrong :P but this is what happened for me.
@skyisblue so i should apply for it myself, i thought that it will pop out from nowhere xD
