I don't exactly know how to do this, or what I'm just exactly doing. My problem is generally simply that I feel I've outgrown the counselors here locally. They are all so young. I'm 48 years old now. I've been getting various kinds of counseling since I was 14 years old. I'm not sure if I still really need counseling, but I'm just used to it.
@cjvornheder, keep looking. There are older counselors here. Try setting an appointment.

7 cups have helped me a lot in difficult life circumstances. It's a place where we can talk about our problems which we may not share with acquaintances and there are HELPFUL here.
