Sadly, I abandoned Crossing to Safety by William Stegman...for the time being. I do intend to read it at a later date. I just couldn't get really engaged for some reason. That surprised me because it sounds like a book I'd love.
Just finished Lincoln in the Bardo by George Saunders, And Every Morning the Way Home Gets Longer and Longer by Fredrik Backman, and Love Anthony by Lisa Genova. The common thread amongst these three books are the unique perspectives presented in them. A view from those who have passed over from life to death, a view from an elderly man who is losing his mental faculties, and the view from a boy with autism. I always love the opportunity to see things from unique viewpoints. I believe it helps me to be more understaning and compassionate.
Next up are The 22-Day Revolution: The Plant-Based Program That Will Transform Your Body, Reset Your Habits, and Change Your Life by Marco Borges and Some Luck by Jane Smiley.
I don't remember if I mentioned in another post that I read Emily of New Moon by L. M. Montgomery. I think I did. That one and Love Anthony were selections for book clubs I belong to.
I'm re-reading Game of Thrones these days. Just finished Fall of Giants from Ken Follett
@ladylazarus1971, I've only read Game of Thrones and would really like to keep reading the others. A co-worker kept recommending it to me, but I didn't read it for a while. Well, turns out, he was right. I loved it. Have you read the other books of...what's that series called? Song of Ice and Fire...or Song of Fire and Ice? I never can remember. 
@BridgetAileen It's a Song of Ice and Fire. I've read the first four. All of them are good, altnhough I find the first two better somewhat than the others I've read. Well worth a read!
@ladylazarus1971, I'll be adding them all to my Want To Read list, then. If I read everything that's on there, I'll be reading for about a decade after I die! And that's if I live a long time.

I'm tripling down on my current reading. In addition to GOT, I am reading Winter of the World by Ken Follett ans Wer Are Never Meeting in Real Life by Samantha Irby.
@ladylazarus1971, I *love* the cover of We Are Never Meeting In Real Live. That has made me want to put it on my Want to Read list for over a month now. But I can't decide whether to read it or not.
@BridgetAileen Read it! The story illustrated by the cover is reason enough. It's about an unwanted cat named Helen Keller. ;)

I've started One Brave Thing by K.M. Creamer. I'm still reading The 22-Day Revolution by Marco Borges. I still have Some Luck by Jane Smiley sitting right here beside me to start, but haven't started yet. That's a fiction, a non-fiction, and an audio book.
