What book are you currently reading?

A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess

We, the Drowned by Carsten Jensen. I thought I was getting into a lot starting such a long novel, but it's flying by! Highly recommended if you like anything about sailing or history.

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I am reading it to get a feel of Fitzgerald's work and writing style. I feel I should study this one rather than just read it. We'll see how it goes...

I am currently reading Afterworlds by Scott Westerfeld. He's also the author of the uglies series so that made me want to read this book even more. There's like two stories: one is actually the afterworlds novel and it's very fantasy and mythological, idk. and the other story is the author of afterworlds as she struggles to edit it and like falls in love with another writer and all. I think it's great so far, I'm totally shipping Darcy and Imogen! Let me know if you have read it!

I'm working my way through "the selection" trilogy by Keira cass quite a light read but good for when your concentration isn't as good as it was. I wasnt expecting much but I'm quite enjoying it. It's made up of "the selection", "the elite" and "the one". I'm currently halfway through "the elite".

Has anyone else read this series?
