Do you guys feel this overwhelm feeling when you're looking to a book you wanna read?

I feel like that until I begin 😊
Then I read a chapter a night so it feels less overwhelming 🥰

YES! Oftentimes when I pick up a book, I will have to re-read pages because I wanna make sure I have absorbed all information as well as possible. I feel similarly when watching a show, if I look away for one second, I have to replay that same second, or else I might have missed something important. I fear I cannot watch and read things 'casually' which is very overwhelming.
