a new story

this is my 13th novel by far (tho i've never actually finished one😭). right now i'm on chap4, and i really hope i finish it this time </3
the story's basically enemies-to-lovers (since childhood) + murder + a touch of psych x law. i'm a total pantser, so i've got no clue how it'll unfold... but after nearly 8 years of writing, i've realized stories have their own pace. no matter how much we plan, the characters always seem to have minds of their own.. much like our lives, right?
anyone else writing something chaotic and unpredictable right now?
