Hey there, I totally hear you on the writer's block front - I've been working on a novel for a couple years and man is writer's block a pain. Getting moving really helps me - going for a walk or a swim or a run can unlodge some ideas. Hilary Mantel has a great quote on that:

If you get stuck, get away from your desk. Take a walk, take a bath, go to sleep, make a pie, draw, listen to music, meditate, exercise; whatever you do, don't just stick there scowling at the problem. But don't make telephone calls or go to a party; if you do, other people's words will pour in where your lost words should be.

I'm also a fan of switching things up - writing long hand if you normally type, doing some fun exercises. The Novelry has some great free resources, like writing prompts and a podcast about getting unstuck, I normally go there for guidance when I'm struggling.

Good luck and happy writing!
