Nobody but you, no one expect us
promises broken that I had forgot, new ones made the same day
Your eyes meet mine, just to quickly look away
describe this as a fairy tale, when it’s really a horror story in disguise
i have something to tell you, you don’t care to hear
you tell me lies, I’ll try and believe
I do not mind, neither do you
I love you more than myself , I know you somehow feel the same
It’s you and me till the world burns away, but we’re both silently hoping it burnt down yesterday
but it’s always nobody but you, and no one expect us.
