The first day of school starts on August 4th on Thursday of 1945. I’m nervous and sometimes I dream that I go to school with no clothes on but my socks that I got for Christmas from my best friend Eddie. What type of a friend gives another friend a pair of socks. I mean that is just stupid. But hey they became very useful when my dog Butch started teething. But 2 days after he chewed that sock, he was suddenly sick with worms for 3 weeks. But one day he was just excited like me because he was better and running around.
Today is the 1 of August on a Saturday and I’ve
been thinking about asking the coolest girl out in school Beverly. I have
always had a crush on her ever since I see her at school for the first time. Sometimes
I say to myself, “should I ask Bev out or will she reject me?" or should I
take her to an abandon warehouse and then ask so I will not get humiliated in
front of everyone. The idea of asking her out gives me the butterfly bubble
guts. That’s whenever I was nervous and sick to my stomach.
@Skater369 Interesting story. In real life, Aug 4, 1945 was a Saturday and Aug 1 was a Wednesday.
