My ex girlfriend and I were together for 4.5 years. At 3.5 years she wanted to break up with me saying my communication was poor but she still loved me just didnt feel in love with me. We talked and took a few days off, having consistent physical intercourse and then decided to get back together and try couples counseling. After working with a counselor for 4 months we moved across country to live together and start school in a new place.

We were in our new place for about a month and she starts to make demands that I be more social and outgoing. To which I do become more social and outgoing by creating a network of friends and going out on weekends. Then she asked me to be more present and look at selfgrowth. To which I scheduled my time to include more time with her and started taking Spanish lessons to improve myself. She also asked me to be more attentive of household duties to which I created a cleaning schedule for myself to clean the apartment and made more of an effort to keep tidy between those days by doing dishes, laundry, etc... In addition to the demands of self improvement she was short, distant, and unaffectionate. She met with a therapist and was diagnosed with situational depression from moving. She broke up with me 2 months later.

Her reasoning was that although she could see a happy life with me she wasnt ready to settle down and felt that she had to have more dating experiences. She started dating on tinder 9 days after the breakup and now I want to cut her off and not contact her again - but is this the right move?
