Accused of Sexual Assault...

Hi guys. My name is Bram and I am currently going through a rough time. My ex-girlfriend and I broke up yesterday and I'm devastated. I'm even more devastated because the reason she left me is because I sexually assaulted her (according to her). I would never want to harm or take advantage of her in any way, so this accusation is extremely painful to hear coming from her...


I will explain what happened, and I would like to know what you think, because the people I have spoken to tell me it is not sexual assault and I am confused:

She had told me the day before that she did not want to do anything sexual when she'd come over. Once she was at my place, we were spending our time in my bedroom, cuddling and watching a movie. We then proceeded to making out, and she seemed to be very passionate (and so was I). I assumed she had changed her mind about doing sexual stuff, so I proceeded to moving my hand into her pants and I started touching her. She told me that she said no at this point, but I didn't hear it. She seemed to be enjoying it when I was touching her so I assumed nothing was wrong, especially since she unzipped her pants for me. I then wanted to proceed to giving her oral sex, but she stopped me, and I did stop. We then kissed a little more, and she started touching me. I tried to move my hand in her pants again because my entire intention was to please her, and not myself. She stopped me, so I stopped while she was still touching me. (Contiued in next post)
