Adultery
Good Afternoon- I am watching a friend of mine self-destruct and was hoping I could find something to talk him down: He is married, and engaging in an adulterous affair with a married lady cat her home (we all work together). This all started about a month ago and they are already taking about divorce and moving in together. They text each other 100 + times a day. We all feel sick for their spouses and family and I never would have thought he would do this. I cannot see any scenario other than disaster.

all you can do is to express to your friend how this makes you feel. As in, no judgments, no remarks like "you are self-destructing". Just your feelings, staying with your self.
As for the rest, it is none of your business, so stop thinking and making up stories about the situation and stay out of it.
OP here- it is indeed not my business and I appreciate that- I was just concerned for my friend. By necessity I have shut the door on this issue.
