Anyone who can relate?

July 5th, 2017

Who out there is still with their spouse who had a year plus long affair with a partner out of state while you knew about it and while saying he wants to get unaddicted and stay in his marriage but never really committing to a choice one way or another?

He has made very small progress bit the divorce is still on. He says he doesn't want to divorce, begs we go ib and cancel, is talking to her less, but refuses to tell his affair partner he wants to stay marriedand won't stop talking to her.

@Treetruckcar I think it's better if you just tell him what you think of the situation and how you want him to tell it to the other person what clearly his wife wants so that she can understand the situation as well. And I think you are strong enough to make decisions. If you ever need to talk about anything, just ping our listeners without any hesitation. :)

@Treetruckcar - I was on the other side. I was the other girl. He lied to me about being married. He lied to both of us. I dumped him when I found out. He refused to let go - threatened to blackmail me; threatened violence... he would continue lying to her forever if he could. Every marriage is different, that is true. Every situation is different. BUT, trust your instincts. If you feel like he's a liar; then chances are he is not worth your forgiveness and trust. It's a tough thing.
