Breaking Up is Hard to Do: 5 Ways to Move On and Find Happiness"
Moving on after a breakup can be a challenging and painful process, but here are some tips that can help:

Allow yourself to grieve: It's normal to feel sad, angry, and frustrated after a breakup. Allow yourself to grieve and process your emotions. Don't try to suppress or ignore your feelings.
Take time for yourself: Focus on self-care and self-improvement. Engage in activities that you enjoy, such as hobbies or exercise. Take time to reflect on what you want in life and what you learned from the relationship.
Cut off contact: Avoid contacting your ex-partner or checking their social media profiles. This can help you avoid triggering painful memories or reopening wounds.
Surround yourself with support: Spend time with supportive friends and family members who can provide you with emotional support and encouragement. Join support groups or seek the help of a therapist or counselor.
Stay positive: Try to stay positive and optimistic about the future. Remember that the breakup is not a reflection of your worth or value as a person. Keep an open mind to new experiences and opportunities.
For a person that took 10 long years to think moving on in life is possible I can testify to these steps that one should journey down to recover.
