"Breakup"
I in some other universe I can start this out by saying that I'm currently doing good, believe me I wish I was--but I don't want my first post to be me lying about my feelings because that would defeat the whole point of trying to ask for help.
To shorten a long story, I got dumped. I lost my lover and best friend in one person; what sucks is that they immediately have that capacity to replace me. How do I deal with this properly? I don't wish to turn anyone into a rebound, I don't want to drink to forget, keeping busy on means delaying the inevitable grief I'd had to confront.
How do I deal with this in a healthy way?

Oh, no, losing your lover and best friend is incredibly tough, and it's completely normal to feel a range of emotions. The process of grieving takes time, so be patient with yourself, and you've got a community here to help you through it. I suggest practicing a lot of self-care and talking to people here through every wave of emotions you go through in this phase of life. Healing from heartbreak is a journey; take it at your own pace and prioritize your well-being.
