My boyfriend of 3 years finished the relationship 2 days ago and I'm so low. I suffer with axienty and I tried to take my life over nearly 2 years ago. I feel so low and I can't see a way out. My Ex won't give me a reason, said he's been unhappy for a while yet only said the other day he wanted to move in with me. My mind is toxic to me at the moment.
