Break up with my gf.. we keep talking (kind of)
So a month ago i broke up with my gf but we were talking like every 3 days cuz i text her but a week and a half I stopped texting her in a middle of a conversation 5 days later she texted me telling me that she wanted to show me the tattoo she got (I think thats an excuse to text me)
but i was indifferent with my messages she wrote a lot of things and i was like haha fine so imagined that eventually she wont text back cuz i was treating her like that, she did that.
5 days after( today) Im confused ,
1-I want her back should i text her back and talk about us?
2-Should i wait her few days to text me and talk about us?
3- 2 weeks after we broke up i kissed a girl (i was drunk) but i regret it, i never cheated on her before, i love her so much, should i tell her that?
My goodness, no wonder you are confused! It sounds like neither one of you felt comfortable communicationg after the breakup. I'm curious which one of you wanted to break up - and what was the reason. I hope that no matter how you go from here that you can figure out what went wrong so you can prevent that from happening again if you get back together.
It also seems smart to take it slow. There doesn't seem to be much point in waiting 2 weeks, from what I read in your post. If texting is generally how you two talked in th past, then I don't see any reason why you wouldn't go ahead and text her - but keep it light and easy. you don't know what she is going through or who she may now be interested in, besides you. It looks like in hindsight you remember the good times, and that may or may not be real love. I'm not giving you advice, only you know what to do in your heart - but if you want to try again, you will have to at least make the first move. I wish you well.
