Broken 6 years after breakup
My ex and i dated for 8 years but we knew eachother since we were young. We brke up 6 years ago and not a day has gone by where i haven't cried myself to sleep. I constantly have these dreams about him, i hear his voice and we are together talking....
It's emotionally and mentally draining and i really cant take it. The breakup was so dreadful and ill never forget that feeling as if someone died. I'm a wreck and i have no idea what to do.
I cant be with anyone else..i cannot give myself to anyone... i think of him and i have this intense pain, this pain ive never experienced before...im such a wreck
@Sanjra Do you have any friends or family you can rely on for support? So that you don't have to feel alone? I am going through a very confusing breakup and I often feel totally bewildered by the whole situation.
@Jclothe15 sorry to hear that:( i didn't think anyone would comment on my post💕 i don't open up to my family, we're not that close. I just deal with it on my own:(
@Sanjra i am so sorry your going through this i think it takes time to fully get over someone you once felt deep feelings for it took me a long time to get over my last ex bf i broke up with in 2018.
@sallyanne1994568 its so hard:( the dreams don't stop, its like hes always fresh in my mind. Its driving me crazy. :( i hope you got over your ex and i hope you can live peacefully

@Sanjra hey! i'm really glad that you opened up about your breakup, thats the first step in order to move on from someone, but i dont think that thats the problem, maybe u just dont want to let go yet, i can tell that you've known eachother for very long and a love like that is really hard to move past, and i'm sorry you had to go through this

@wonderfulForest2644. I know how your feeling. Not being able to let go. Mine has been a short time but the feeling of having to let go makes me an emotional mess. A scary unhappy mess.
everyone keeps telling me to more on.
@Bigiron i hope you can get through this too, it so hard:( i literally can't move on. And watching him move on is torture
@wonderfulForest2644 it's terrible. I have no idea how to move passed this feeling. I cant even be in another relationship, i can't bring myself to open up or be myself:(
@Sanjra. Yes. She had secrets from me. Asked me why we can't make it work. I told her the secrets. Told her tell me the truths and I'd talk again. This was today. I totally think it was the wrong thing. What the hell am I doing. She broke my heart over and over and I stand here.
