Broke up today

Hey guys I’m new here this just happened today I was with my girlfriend for over a year we been a little rocky here and there for the last couple months we started doing therapy a month ago we had a huge fight that got physical towards the end she grabbed my beard and skin and my reaction was to push her off when I did she ended up having a small cut on her head I was not intending to do that I was just trying to get her off me it was a reaction I took her to the hospital and she got a few stitches turn the page to yesterday her parents got the hospital bill and they started asking her questions she decided to tell them which was a little confusing because I thought that’s what therapy was for and she decided to get other people involved she came this morning with her mother to get her stuff I was just so confused she just told me she loved me yesterday morning she was showing me new apartments to move into and now 2 days later she’s breaking up with me she blocked me from everything I downloaded a texting app just to find out what’s going on why is deciding to do this now she mention she was unhappy and that in order to be happy she had to let me go it’s like how can you tell someone you love them and now this she told me to leave her alone she was acting so cold she even mentioned a restraining order my heart dropped I’ve never been told before ever by any women I’m just really sad and broken hearted right now it sucks and the fact that just yesterday she was saying she loves me and now today acting this way it makes me feel bad need some help guys maybe some motivation I’m doing bad I wonder if she will reach out thank you for reading
