My boyfriend started a new career as a paramedic and has been working 10hrs aways for usually around 10 days on and a week or so off. This was a struggle for me alot but I love him so much. He just got offered another job same place to train on his days off and he took it. I dont want to lose him but him picking the job over me hurt so bad. He wants to focus on his career but I dont want to give up on us yet.

I can see that you care about your relationship. You find it hard that your partner needs to be long days away for work and you barely get to see each other. Your partner is giving you an impression that his career takes priority over you, and for this reason you fear you are going to loose him. It does sound tough to be in this situtation. However, I've seen some long distance relationships that are successful when they are committed to each other and invest time in their relationship. Sometimes love isnt enough to make it work long term, as I feel making time for each other and enjoying little things you do for each other matter the most. I hope you can sort it out.

@sympatheticPeach282 umm it can be hard i am sure but there are way's to deal with it 10 hours isn't bad could always drive down to see them if its safe enough with the pandemic.
