My wife and I are polyamorous. Our girlfriend met another guy and asked to be released from our Triad. We want only the best for her and as painful as it was (and still is) we let her go. Since then, we have each been coping with the loss in our own way. I've been having a much harder time though. I've been searching this site for someone who is also poly and can understand what I am going through and just talk.
