Feels like a break up

My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years and a half now, we moved together about 10 months ago (we made the wrong decision of moving with another couple, which is something I deeply regret now). First couple of months were okay, but last 2 - 3 months have been hell. I really tried to push it to the side since I had my childhood best friend moving away and those were her last months on the country, he kind of did the same (we were in the same friend group).

She finally moved away on mid December and we both knew it was time to finally talk. We had a talk where he kind of explained he was not feeling "us" and did not knew what to do, also told me he had a crush with a coworker (I know the person and she is in a relationship as well, made it clear to my bf that she is not available), however, the coworker crush does not bother me much. The thing is that when he told me all this I almost fell like he was breaking up with me.

I can't get past that feeling, I told him this and he told me he has not made a decision yet. Our plans are still the same (moving to a different apartment on March, but just the two of us + our dog this time) but I just don't know, I feel heart broken.

Any thoughts?

I hear what you are saying...maybe it is more of feeling disappointed with what has happened. That feeling of being exclusively in love and having only interest in each other...then to hear that he had a crush on someone else. I would feel like you...confused and uncertain.

Maybe talking to your partner about how you feel will help process his feelings as well? Not sure, but don't ignore how you are feeling.

Sending you vibes for clarity, strength and peace of mind ❤️
