Fresh break up
@Alexlovexoxo
Hi there! Thank you for reaching out and sharing to the Relationship and Friendship support sub-community.
I understand a fresh breakup can come with a big lightening bolt of emotions including anger, sadness, confusion, and denial. Getting over a breakup takes time and distractions to take your mind off of it. Finding ways to distract yourself can help with passing the time of it settling in your heart. Hobbies that you like to do and things that make you happy are good ways. When a breakup happens, usually things that people say to try and console you become annoying and can sometimes make it worse, I've been there! Transitioning from loving someone when you breakup is the hardest part. Finding closure with the person will help the transition. Knowing that the relationship is over and there is no hope to hold on to that love will help even though it's a hard thought to swallow.
I have attached a link to an article about breaking up with someone you still love, I hope you can relate to it and find ways to help you.
