My girlfriend of three years recently moved out due to personal issues. It was a mutual understanding for both of us. We both have equal issues that need to be dealt with before we continue our relationship. I just can’t seem to completely wrap my head around this situation.

It's important that you both work on your personal issues to ensure that the relationship works you out and that you two are on the same page in the relationship.
