Giving someone space

Hi everyone!

I recently cheated on my wife, she found out about it and obviously wants her space!
I want to fix this, there are reasons from both sides that caused me to do what I did. I regret it. I'm not proud of it at all.

All I want to do is give her a hug and tell her it will be ok.

im struggling to cope with not talking to her. My mind won't rest. I just want to see her.

any advice? I need a coping mechanism!
