Hard Times
Hi I'm Sarah & this is my 1st time on here. I'm going thru a hard time & hoped that talking to someone will help. So here goes my story: I was with my daughter's father for almost 5yrs.. we were engaged.. & he cheated on me with our next door neighbor.I found thisoutabout 2 months ago.. so the holidays were really rough.I try to be positive, but I still love him, so it's really hard.. &everything I do reminds me of him. He moved out, but now he wants to come back. Hesays he misses me, but barely makes time for us.Of course I have a problem trusting him & I don't know what to do. He is my daughter's dad & I still love him, but I'm so confused & hurt by all that happened.
Wow that is a hard oneto deal with but the thing you truly must ask yourself is can you put the past behind you, if not do you want to be wirh someone who cheated on you. It know you mist try and stay friends for your daughters sake and right now you see him all around and it hurts but be true to yourself. For that is whats truly important and no matter what happens being strong and true is what your daughter will see and you'll know you did the right thing.
