He Doesn't Know What He Wants
We constantly get back together and break up and he doesn't know what he wants then he made a few Snapchats referring to me and when I asked if they were towards me he said they know ho they are and I'm not gonna tell them even though I knew they were about me he wouldnt tell me yes there about you he was giving the same answer over and over and I don't know what to do like it's just really complicated cause he worries about me and all this stuff but doesn't know what he wants! What do I do?

It seems like as you said, he's currently at a very confused and unstable state, where he's lost as to what he wants for his life or relationship status right now. The constant breaking apart and getting back together can be a real torture for you, it's like someone is suddenly so in love with you then suddenly with no warning just gets cold and everything falls apart but then after a while comes back again. It's like a cycle, and I have once experienced the same feeling you are right now.
I understand that it may be hard to take it, but right now the question you need to ask yourself is: Ok so he doesn't know what he wants, then what do I want?
Do you love him so so much that you are willing to stick in this cycle with him, in hopes that one day he will finally figure out you are what he wants, or would you rather move on? There's no right and wrong answer here :) the choice is all yours.
