He broke up with me unexpectedly and I'm heartbroken
My boyfriend broke up with me on the 8th and I haven't been coping well at all. I'm so in love with him and it's killing me that he could leave me so easily. He was the first person I was able to really be vulnerable with, he made me so incredibly happy. And he dumped me over text. I just don't understand. I really want to go to his house to try and talk to him but idk if that's a good idea. I'm just so hurt and confused
@unicornsoups Hugs for you! That really hurts. Is there a way you can talk to him openly? What did he say when he broke up with you?
I would suggest writing down your thoughts on this. You can write down all the things you want to ask him as well. It could help you understand what you are feeling right now and somehow give you room to think of ways to cope.
Going and talking to him while still being so overwhelmed won't do you any good so try to calm down and just write your thoughts for now.
