He left when I cut

So for a little context me and this guy I'll call him Mark, Mark and I have been friends for a few weeks and I told him I had feelings for him he said he did too. After like 1 week of talking I cut and told him (cause I didn't think he would care) and he said he needed time to think over the relationship. Mark came back and said he didn't want me, and now he confessed he doesn't even know that he loved me and I love him so so much. What do I do? I have no friends I can talk to and my family won't listen and I'm not close with them, I also have no adult I'm close to and I don't have a therapist :/
