Help we finger my break up out!
So basically my ex and I broke up but we still live together. He said that he need to date other women to make sure there is no one else out there for him other than me. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND HIS THEORY because all I am thinking is, I am not good enough for him… but if he doesn’t find anyone he’d return to me because I AM THE BACKUP PLAN!!!!!!!
He said he love me but still he need to make sure I am the right one????? he said he never really had the freedom to date and he knows he will never find anyone out there like me but he want to be certain before popping the question. Okay so should I be making sure if there is someone else other than him too? PLZ HELP ME UNDERSTAND, maybe I don’t get it but someone else will.
I love him so much and sadly I am willing to see where things go for him and these women but in the process I am really hurting, what if he finds someone? What should I do guys? Is this even normal? This is my first and only relationship

Well yes you're right. He wants to go out there and play and in case he fails, he can still go back to you. It's not good for you. He's taking you for granted. He claims he loves you but he isn't sure of you. Also, it is unfair. Just my opinion (still you do what's best for you), make him see your value and that you're not going to wait for him to realize you're "the one." If he doesn't see you now as "the one", someone else will. Don't be just a back up plan or an option because you are way better than that, deary.
