He's ignoring me after breakup

We've been together for 8 months. We lived together and all was ok. I was getting upset most of the time because he d come home late from work or because I felt he s wasting time outside and not giving me enough attention. But he was sweet. In the last month of our relationship we fought like 3 times then I made a scene of jealousy and he broke up.he took his stuff and he left. That was on 17th February and since that day he initiated No contact. I asked him multiple times to come back, told him I'm sorry, told him I cant see my future without him but he only says "I'm sorry,I took my decision and it's best for both". He told me to move on, he s being also kinda rude to me now. During this time, I also initiated no contact but for 6 days only. I couldnt anymore. He s just changed suddenly and left me without closure. I want him back so badly and dont know what to do. I asked him to come and speak to me but he s avoiding it. He knows that I love him but he s just so decisive with this.

Not to mention that during our relationship I was the one supporting him financially as well a bit, but I also was there for him anytime. We had plans to marry in few months and he just quit everything. Now I dont know what to do, any advice please?

@Simona292 It sounds like you really care about him deeply and had a lot of hope for the future attached to him, wanting to have a happy life together and doing whatever you could to make things worse. It makes sense you'd want more attention because its natural to want to be validated by someone youre dating.

I can see you tried your best to be a good girlfriend and support him as best you could. He broke your heart by leaving and not explaining why but its possible he did so because he wanted to avoid hurting your feelings or because he didn't want to cause you more pain by explaining. I would want closure too if I were in your place but sometimes when the other person isn't mature enough to give you that, it's necessary to figure out closure for yourself. The simplest simple explanation, as much as it stings, is often true.

You have such a high capability of love and that's something really impressive. The difficult thing about being such a kind person is risking being taken advantage of and I hope you can use this experience to help you figure out red flags faster; he wasn't as attentive as you wanted him to be earlier and he wasn't attentive at the end. You deserve to be with someone respectful enough to enough to make an effort to fulfill your desires and support you back as much as you do them.

I'm no expert to give relationship advice but a youtube channel I watch called shallon lester is really interesting and you might benefit from watching some of her videos explaining men's behavior.
