Jesus says people were originally meant to stay together except for hardness of heart in which adultery ensued.
jesus also says in heaven people will not get married
so is marriage still a worthy endeavor? What does marriage mean to YOU? What are the pros and cons? Vs single life? Are there any kinds of flexible and alternative conceptions of a marriage or of a relationship? How do we begin to know what feels right in our hearts regarding these questions? What is the feeling of being in a successful relationship? How do you know? How do you begin to articulate it? How do you know if you are ready for other people? How must a person invest emotionally intellectually financially for such a relationship? What if the person had tough models growing up? How does a person begin to start a discussion about desire for closer intimacy with another? While sensing the other persons intents, desires? Is the right one out there for everyone? Is it settling versus gratitude? How do these feelings evolve over time? How does someone define being single or not single? What does it mean to be single? Is there a natural, orderly progression to the evolution of s good relationship?

ok first off deep breath ahhhhh. Ok here it goes. IMO it all depends on each given individual. I had HORRIBLE models and so did my dh BUT we make it work bc we love each other and we DO NOT WANT TO BE EITHER OF OUR PARENTS. Also he knew before me or better put he accepted it before I did that he was ready for me. I was still terrified. But once I accepted that and him I can't see myself without out him. I mean I can I just don't want to. As for everything else well.....shit love is like that impossible thing to explain how to put it into words? Well you can't. I mean you can try but there just aren't enough words in this world to describe it. Now idk exactly what the Bible says about marriage but I do know this. God gave us the freedom to love bc love is the purest most wonderful thing on this planet it's what makes the world go round. So in short or shortish this imo.
