How do I know when I'm the problem?

So, to preface things, I've been together with my girlfriend for about 2 and half years. We're for the most part very satisfied, and on her end I believe the only issues she has with me are typical couples issues, like me not doing my chores as often as she would like.

We moved in together about 5 months ago, and that's where I started to move toward the feelings I have now. We essentially live in a major city where things are very difficult if you don't have a car. She doesn't have her license, and is very dependent on me in terms of going about her daily life. It took about the first two years of begging her to get a driver's license for her to get her permit, though she has neglected practicing, and is not ready to take her driving test. I also make significantly more than her, and she's very financially dependent on me.

These are the major two, but there are a variety of things in day to day life I have to do for her, or nag her to do to keep things going. For example, she recently interviewed successfully at a job that would greatly relieve her of being so dependent on me. There was a delay on the start date, and she didn't hear back from them for a while. I told her she needed to be proactive with this, and has to bother her to get her to reach out to her interviewer for updates on when she started. It looks like she may not get the job now because she didn't keep on contact enough.

How do I figure out if she's too dependent on me, and if I'm inhibiting her?
