How to breakup with a narcissist?

So it is a really challenging situation.
First of all, you can say thay you are with a narcissist if you feel inferior, inadequate in most areas (even if you were sure you were adequate) and you feel guilt for every bad thing in the relationship.
These people try so hard to ruin your life to make theirs better. In this case, they try every way to keep you in their lives.
I am asking to those who are experiencing this: What is your breakup plan?

@PiscesFish5456 Agree with other replies: just break up with them. There's little to nothing you can do to make sure they don't lash out or center the whole breakup about them but you can't change these people. Just leave and leave them to it.
