How to fix a broken relationship
My partner and I are pretty young. 20 years old. However we have been in a relationship for 51/2 years. He has cheated on me twice. Cheated on me by just talking to females nothing else happened. And times when he didn't cheat females made it look like he was. After a while he started to acknowledge that he really should pay more emphasis on our relationship and expressed wanting to do better. Our problem right now is balancing the relationship along with our daily life. He gets frustrated elsewhere and I get shut out. I have anxiety and because of our past it affects my mental health. I would really like for us to give it another try so does he but I don't know if I should.
@impartialPerson9486,
talking to other females is not cheating.
Seems both of you have unexpressed needs.
Ever considered relationship counseling, so the two of you can express your needs, feelings and how you might be able to communicate and understand each other better?
I suggest you communicate effectively with your partner, talk about the problems you each had with the relationship and the possible solutions to it, also you have to be committed to making change where necessary
