How to get over an ex?

@sunnyPal817 Hi! Sorry to hear that you're having a hard time with your breakup. It's always hard to accept the end of a relationship especially with someone who means so much to you. But it's ok to feel sad. You are, I'm assuming, a flesh and blood human being. So let yourself feel sad. Maybe that means just being alone for a while. It's hard for some people to feel like celebrating with other people when they're sad. If that's the case, it's ok to pull back for now. Or maybe you prefer not to be alone. That's ok too. Spend time with friends and family. Let them know what you're going through, talk about how sad you've been and how you hope she'll come back to you. I think everyone who goes through a difficult breakup asks "how long will it be until I feel better?" No one wants to be depressed forever. But it's important to understand that losing someone you care about is a process that includes grieving. It takes time to accept the loss of that person (even though you can still talk to her everyday) and "getting over" an ex can happen more than once, going back and forth between "moved on" and "still pining". You should just be concerned with that amazing person who needs care and attention- you. Don't beat yourself up for feeling sad. It just means you've got a big heart that needs better treatment the next time you fall in love. Hope you start feeling better soon!
