Kyle, it sounds like what your wife has done is a betrayal of you.
TBH marrying someone without telling them that you are sterile is an even worse betrayal, IMO. I would go as far to say that it is an abuse of trust, much worse than a casual affair - oothers may disagree on that, fair enough.
Lastly, doctors can be wrong. I think you owe it to your wife to confront her with the truth, and, if she still insists the child is yours, get a DNA test. You wouldn't be the first sterile person to have a child, believe me.
