If---

I have been married for over 10 years. We have a child who is not yet school aged. There have been many financial stresses over the past few years, and my husband recently asked if I wanted to keep trying to make things work. I did...even about a month ago when I started noticing that he added a new text tone and a new ring tone to his phone, that he has been disappearing in the middle of the night, there are many charges in the bank account for eating establishments that exceed what he would spend dining alone, including a place he has told me he hates. He is also "going out with friends" more often even when it meant cancelling plans he has had with me, and I have found charges for movie theaters in the account as well as ticket stubs....there is more but I fear giving too many details.

Even without having some of the other information that I have would I be safe assuming that he is being unfaithful? I don't even know what to do. I'm not the type of person to be okay with that kind of behavior.
