Im wondering if I should break up with him

I have been asking this question for few weeks now. I dont know if I should continue or just break up. I love him thats for sure, but there are just too much of fights, dramas and conflicts and on the top of that its so hard for me to believe him. I dont know what to do. I want to take a week or two break or just stepping back to figure out what i want. Im not even sure if i should tell him before taking the break
